Why? Because it is the „sense of I“ itself, we refer to, if we refer to the word „reality“.
There is no world appearing without the sense of I.
There is no world existing without the sense of I.
Resting in this sense of I is meditation on what is real, before anything (impressions through the bodily senses) is real.
Before there is a world, there is I, the miracle without there is no world.
If we refer to reality, we refer to the sense of I. And we refer to that we are, before we are appearing as a person in a world.
In the sense of I, I can rest beyond time and space, what means: „fall into my heart.“
And „I“ is all what is. The same „I“ I feel being a person.
„I“ and „reality“ is the same space, and this space is a total miracle to any understanding.
So I can know, what I am, as this sense of I, but person and world stay as a deep miracle, we go on to explore.
